1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services, sites, and subdomains provided by nexxbit.io (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Platform Mission & Description

nexxbit.io is a cognitive agent platform dedicated to building lightweight, reachable, and highly affordable applications designed to empower daily human workflows and education. Some services and subdomains may be in active beta development. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice.

3. User Roles & Account Responsibilities

To access certain services (such as the school and math subdomains), you may need to register an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Ensuring that children's profiles are linked and managed by authorized parents or teachers in accordance with local regulations.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Attempting to bypass security barriers, rate limits, or platform API controls.
• Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Platform without prior consent.
• Introducing malicious code, Trojans, or logic bombs, or attempting denial-of-service attacks.
• Exploiting simulated application responses or sandboxes for unauthorized activities.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform design, source code, interactive elements, custom logos, fonts, and assets are owned by or licensed to nexxbit.io. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the tools for personal, educational, or classroom use.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". nexxbit.io, its developers, and contributors make no warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall nexxbit.io be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system downtime, data resets, or the use or inability to use the Platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Malaysia.
